4.9.E Appeals

An interested party may appeal the zoning verification decision by the Department of Safety and Permits to the Board of Zoning Adjustments within forty-five (45) days of the decision. All verifications issued by the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits must contain a statement explaining that there is a right to appeal to the Board of Zoning Adjustments and the deadline to do so.
