4.5.D.3 Deadlines

The applicant shall have a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the application submittal to meet the stated conditions for approval in 4.5.E. At the written request of the applicant, the Executive Director may grant an extension not to exceed one (1) year. If the stated conditions have not been met by the expiration of this period, the application will be deemed denied.
