4.3.J Zoning Map Record of Conditional Use

Within thirty (30) days of receiving evidence of the recording of an approved conditional use or planned development, or within thirty (30) days of receiving approval of a zoning map amendment or minor map adjustment, the official Zoning Map shall be modified to reflect such change. Additionally, within thirty (30) days of receiving determination that a conditional use/planned development has been rescinded by the City Council, the official Zoning Map shall be modified to reflect such change.
