21.6.II SHED

1. A shed or accessory structure is permitted in the required rear yard, subject to the area coverage limitations.

2. Kitchen and cooking facilities are prohibited.

3. A shed may contain a bathroom and/or a sink.

4. Use of a shed as a dwelling unit is prohibited.
